2 c water
2 c couscous
1Tb butter
¼ tsp salt
2 c plain yogurt
1 c sour cream
1 c sweetened condensed milk (or 1 c evaporated milk and ½ c sugar)
1 Tb orange blossom water (or 1 tsp orange essence)
1 tsp cardamom
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon


Bring the water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add couscous, butter, and salt. Stir, remove from heat and cover. While the couscous is cooling, mix the other ingredients. Stir cooled couscous into yogurt mixture. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg and fresh cut fruit.
