Together Women Rise offers many volunteer leadership opportunities for individuals who want to engage and contribute further to our work at the local, regional, and national levels. Regional Leaders are responsible for the overall management of a geographic area including oversight of a team of volunteer leaders and the development and support of regional strategies to grow new chapters, retain existing chapters, and increase awareness of Together Women Rise and its mission. You will be part of a vibrant and diverse team of Regional Leaders across the country, engaging in regular activities and events, including an annual retreat.We are looking for self-starters, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills, a passion for our mission, and the ability to inspire and that passion in others. Strong written and verbal communications skills, the ability to manage a team of volunteers, and experience in marketing or public relations are helpful in fulfilling this role.

Volunteer Mentors cultivate, nurture, and inspire Together Women Rise Chapter Leaders by helping to launch new chapters and motivating existing chapters to stay engaged and active. By developing and maintaining personal connections with Chapter Leaders, Mentors play an important role in ensuring chapter health and retention at the grassroots level of Together Women Rise.This is a great opportunity for members who are passionate about Together Women Rise, want to work with and support Chapter Leaders, and enjoy mentoring or coaching. Although experience as a current or past Chapter Leader is preferred, it is not necessary. All training will be provided.
