Coriander Chutney (Tested)

Serves     Makes about 2/3 cup

Ingredients

2 cups packed cilantro leaves
¼ cup fresh lime juice
2 tbsp. mint leaves (optional)
3 tbsp. chopped shallots
2 tbsp. minced green chile, or to taste
1 tsp. sugar
½ tsp. salt
1 to 2 tsp. oil


Directions

Place all ingredients in the food processor and process for about 15 seconds, until almost pureed.
