Sherpa MOMO Achar (Spicy Soy-Based Dipping Sauce for MOMOs)
Ingredients
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon mustard oil
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper (or Szechwan pepper).
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and serve with MOMOs.
