DFW Virtual Chapter Meetings Will Begin this Week

Our hearts go out to the people who have been impacted by the coronavirus pandemic here in the U.S. and all around the world, especially those who have lost loved ones. We appreciate the healthcare workers, local communities, and governments who are on the frontlines of caring for people and containing this virus. I want to share with you some steps that Dining for Women is taking as a result of this unprecedented situation.

DFW Staff

We all must do our part to limit the spread of this virus. Effective Tuesday, March 17, DFW staff will begin mandatory work from home procedures. We will continue to provide timely response and service to you, our members. If you have questions or need information, please call 864-335-8401 or email info@togetherwomenrise.org.

Monitoring the Impact on Our Grantees

The coronavirus is now present in 146 countries/regions around the world, including many of the countries where our grantees are located. We are reaching out to our grantees to learn more about how they are being impacted by the virus. We will share information as we receive it through our Facebook page. Please follow us on Facebook for regular updates.

Women and Girls Need Your Continued Support

We are all appropriately focused on the pandemic in our communities. We must also remember that women and girls around the world need our continued support, perhaps now more than ever.

We understand that some chapters may suspend meetings due to the coronavirus outbreak. We absolutely want everyone to be safe and healthy!  Please continue to make your monthly chapter donations.
