Their impactful programs combat the machismo culture, build trust, and help girls reduce barriers to schooling and social capital with scholarships, financial support. mentoring, and community building. Coaches provide valuable guidance encouraging teamwork and group effort in building healthy lifestyles, confidence, and competencies, with more girls completing high school and encouraged to "dream big" and imagine their future.
